Due to moving my new Apartment won't allow me to have my bunny. He is a grey jersey wooly. Rescue Me ID: 14-07-02-00365Maisy (female)

Rabbit    Age: Young Adult

Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Needs to be Spayed

Maisy is a very sweet girl. We rescued her from the side of the road where a photographer who'd been using her as a prop dumped her. She is about 1yo. Very very sweet disposition, loves to be pet, has never bit. She is completely litter trained. She comes with a extra large condo. We've had her for a year, b/c I couldn't find a rescue to take her in. We just aren't rabbit people and she spends too much time in her cage. Maisy would like a home where she gets to run a play. She LOVES our cats. They play well together.

Very sweet lop bunny. She has been our house pet for over a year and a half. Rescue Me ID: 14-05-30-00335BunBun (male)

Rabbit    Age: Young Adult

Personality: Very High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Needs to be Neutered

BunBun needs a new home! He's very much loved by the whole family, but after transferring to a new college, I've had to live in my parent's house and there just isn't enough room for him. Plus, since it isn't my house, I can't bunny-proof the rooms like I need to. Bun is a very sweet, happy, active little guy, but he likes to be affectionate on his own terms. He loves to have his forehead and ears petted, but he hates being picked up, like most rabbits. He will, however, hop up in your lap once he gets used to you. He would probably do best in a home with lots of room to run around and no small children, as he could easily be injured if a ... (Read More)young child tried to pick him up or catch him, as he could struggle hard enough to hurt himself. The adoption fee is $50, which includes a large hutch, food pellets, hay, a water bottle, and toys. If you think you might want to be Bun's new family, please contact me! Thank you. (Less)

Rabbit    Age: Young Adult

Parcel is an awesome rabbit! He is litter box trained and loves to run around the house. He is good with cats and if you had a calm dog, he would probably be okay with it too. Great with kids and all people. He's a clean bunny. Loves to eat and play. He would make a great addition to any family!

PIease Read Before Adopting a Rabbit in Texas
Rabbits can make good pets in Texas if they match your IifestyIe. Rabbits are adorable, soft animals that make popular pets for children. While a rabbit can make a good pet for a child, keep in mind that to be healthy a rabbit requires a quiet, calm living environment. Please only adopt a rabbit if you feel you can create a safe and quiet space for the rabbit in your home. Rabbits can be housetrained to live inside, out of a cage, which dramatically increases their life spans. Rabbits can live as long as a dog or a cat, and unfortunately some people do not approach the decision to get a rabbit with the same seriousness or commitment they might have about getting a dog. Meanwhile, breeders may separate young rabbits from their mothers too early, which damages their immune systems, and pet stores might provide very little information about proper care and nutrition. As a result, countless rabbits die within weeks of being bought. Others are never spayed or neutered, resulting in unanticipated family additions and a major overpopulation problem. Sadly, the majority of these sweet pets are eventually euthanized. Rescue shelters that accept rabbits are often overflowing. If you are planning to bring home a pet rabbit, please adopt!
